Established under the name Bellwinch Homes in March 1985, the company has a rich and varied housebuilding history dating back to the 1930's, when Roger Malcolm Ltd as it was known then, first began building new homes in north west London.
The experience and knowledge gleaned over the intervening years helped to create the solid foundations of a new homes company committed to excellence from initial design through to construction and after sales care. Following it's significant and highly successful involvement in the residential development of London's Docklands in the late 1980's and early 1990's, Bellwinch now builds a range of quality homes spanning the broad spectrum of the new homes market, from one and two bedroom apartments to luxury five bedroom homes throughout southern England.
Acquired by the Kier Group in June 1998, Bellwinch Homes now benefits from the added strength of this multi-million pound international construction company.
